Stanley Howse, better known as Flesh-n-Bone, (born June 10, 1973) is a member of the rap group Bone Thugs-n-Harmony. He is the older brother of Layzie Bone and cousin of Wish Bone.

He was the first member of the group to release a solo album entitled T.H.U.G.S. (Trues Humbly United Gathern Souls) in 1996. In 1999, he released an underground album called From Cleveland 2 Cali to display the artists signed to his label Flesh Bone Incorporated. In 2000 he released GNT Records: Day 2 Indepencence: The Compilation. On October 10, 2000 he released his second solo album, 5th Dog Let Loose, on Koch Records.

On September 22, 2000, Howse was sent to Pleasant Valley State Prison for 11 years on charges of assault with a deadly weapon and probation violation.[1]

Flesh-N-Bone got picked up on gun possession charges on Thursday (April 2) 2009 in Santa Clarita, CA according to TMZ. He was held without bail. [2] However the gun possession charges against him were dropped on April 20th, 2009 in a Santa Clarita courthouse. "The defense turned over some information, and we investigated and realized we were unable to proceed with the charges as filed, so the judge dismissed the case," said Jane Robinson, a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles district attorneys office. Although Howse was arrested for the gun, several days after Mr. Howse's arrest,the State Department revealed that, for one, the gun was not in his car or on his person, but in his home, in his closet, locked in a suitcase, which belonged to his wife, who is a Police Officer, and for this reason was the gun there. secondly, the State Dept. revealed that the police who searched Mr. Howse's home used illegal methods such as intentionally not videotaping their breaking into the room closet or suitcase. and so this is why the State finally dropped the charges, according to all sources involved. Flesh-N-Bone is now a convert to Islam. wearing his Islamic Prayer Beads upon his release from prison where the entire Bone Thug N Harmony crew met up, for the first time in 12 years.
