Ее миниальбом «Vertically Changed» вышел сначала только в Англии, но во время выступлений в Америке все слова фанаты пели вместе с Sovereign. Как результат, первым же делом, которое сделал Jay-Z в рамках сотрудничества, был выпуск в ноябре 2005 этого релиза в США. Девушка с совершенно замечательным имиджем оторвы и хулиганки не могла не привлечь прессу и вскоре после первого релиза Луиза украшала страницы NME, Time Out, Elle Girl, I-D, Touch, The Telegraph, The New Yorker, Spin и The Guardian - все влиятельные и уважаемые издания. За сочинение собственных текстов SOV принялась уже в 14 лет, вдохновившись песнями другой английской хип-хоп дивы Ms.Dynamite. Первой командой, созданной этой соплячкой был дуэт HLD (Heavy Like Dat) Family. Своего ди-джея по прозвищу Frampster она нашла на форуме поклонников английской группы So Solid Crew. Их дуэт не снискал никаких респектов, но многое дал рэпперше в плане техники и организации творческого процесса. Будучи тотально необразованной, Луиза торговала пончиками на улице, работала в аналоге «Магазина на диване». Не продав ничего, она пошла на конкурс, позволяющий поучаствовать в саундтреке к фильму. Таким образом ее демо попало к продюсеру Medasyn и с тех пор продажи пончиков в Лондоне возросли.

Грайм - стиль, в котором творит SOV - сейчас самое популярное и при этом андеграундное движение в Англии. Wiley, Kano, Roll Deep - на них ориентируется и под них косит «модная» британская молодежь.

Stanley Howse, better known as Flesh-n-Bone, (born June 10, 1973) is a member of the rap group Bone Thugs-n-Harmony. He is the older brother of Layzie Bone and cousin of Wish Bone.

He was the first member of the group to release a solo album entitled T.H.U.G.S. (Trues Humbly United Gathern Souls) in 1996. In 1999, he released an underground album called From Cleveland 2 Cali to display the artists signed to his label Flesh Bone Incorporated. In 2000 he released GNT Records: Day 2 Indepencence: The Compilation. On October 10, 2000 he released his second solo album, 5th Dog Let Loose, on Koch Records.

On September 22, 2000, Howse was sent to Pleasant Valley State Prison for 11 years on charges of assault with a deadly weapon and probation violation.[1]

Flesh-N-Bone got picked up on gun possession charges on Thursday (April 2) 2009 in Santa Clarita, CA according to TMZ. He was held without bail. [2] However the gun possession charges against him were dropped on April 20th, 2009 in a Santa Clarita courthouse. "The defense turned over some information, and we investigated and realized we were unable to proceed with the charges as filed, so the judge dismissed the case," said Jane Robinson, a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles district attorneys office. Although Howse was arrested for the gun, several days after Mr. Howse's arrest,the State Department revealed that, for one, the gun was not in his car or on his person, but in his home, in his closet, locked in a suitcase, which belonged to his wife, who is a Police Officer, and for this reason was the gun there. secondly, the State Dept. revealed that the police who searched Mr. Howse's home used illegal methods such as intentionally not videotaping their breaking into the room closet or suitcase. and so this is why the State finally dropped the charges, according to all sources involved. Flesh-N-Bone is now a convert to Islam. wearing his Islamic Prayer Beads upon his release from prison where the entire Bone Thug N Harmony crew met up, for the first time in 12 years.
